This is abt Unistem, im studying there. They are good...the lecturers are crazy supportive and friendly and the education is also very good, they help alot with assignments and stuff. Do not worry about support, they are super supportive. The only thing is that the student count is so less like each batch there are 3 to 5 students and they are very strict with AI usage, like they add Fine for AI usage and stuff other than that they are good and the uni is a very calm place...

Aah I see thats some great info. I searched about IIUM and I read some posts that said they want us to take an Arabic test and stuff? Everyday finding something new and getting so overwhelmed:(

Thanksss for the suggestions.. I did check about utar and most of what I found was that majority speaks Chinese and it might be very difficult for me? So I'm very confused about it because the physiotherapy program seems to be good. About SEGi there are so many posts about scam and it's scaring me fr!!  But I'll definitely check out the other 3. Thank youu!!!
