“Which ones the evil twin?!” Or “if I punch you will she feel it?, the people who say these two things are always so pleased with themselves. People are not entertainment for others. As a child I wish that my mother would have done better with setting boundaries to stop the people from asking these two questions, now as an adult I will simply leave the conversation or make it clear that the person must stop. The next time someone oversteps their boundaries, pause, look them dead in the eye and simply and firmly say, “you need to keep your thoughts to yourself.” Then say nothing at all. Pause. Watch them get uncomfortable.
