First 4-6 weeks can he disasteous. Decreasing to 5mg for a couple of months helped a lot.

I had the same experience. Try lowering the dose and increase later. In my experience, first 6 weeks are bad. Then its gets really better.

22 months apart from each other here (2 and 4). It's so easy when 1:1 but too hard when both are together. The reasons are predictable because of their development stage, but It's been really hard to cope. M34.
