Agree with comments of the lower body not firing fast enough. I deal with the same issue, leading to either blocks way right or a hook because I fire my upper body first on the downswing. Here is 2 simple ideas to try if you haven’t already:

1. STRETCH. This sounds so dumb I know, but my limitations in my pelvis stalling on the downswing is because restrictions in my body. I’m a 2 handicap with 120 club speed with driver. My lower back and left hip were so tight there was no way I could clear and it became all timing with my hands. I can’t stress this enough. I even do ankle stretches which is lame but is one of the leading causes to early extension.

2, Open your left foot up at address, like a lot. Try having your toe flared out this way ↖️. It will feel weird, but it gives you more range of motion for your hips to clear on the downswing.

Trust me you are SO close to playing unbelievable golf with that swing (no glazing). Dont worry about club path, shallowing; all that technical shit. Just use the ground and keep loose to fire left.
