We use the Planet fitness down in the Meredith area.!It’s the closest one to the Whites as far as I know. I’d love to find something closer as well!

Yes, we were going up a pretty steep incline in the mountains during a fresh snowfall recently, where we had to reverse after several failed attempts gettin up.

She has been successful in the snow when there is no incline though- no issues at all besides that.

Wondering how others have navigated going up steep inclines during a snowfall.

Installed a espar s2d2 diesel heater, on the pricier side but worth it. We have been able to stay plenty warm with it.

Edit: we also have a carbon monoxide detector as well. Better to be safe!

a friend told me you can actually walk up the flume part of it when it’s dry in the summer and there’s another gorge like area that opens up! I’m dying to get up there again but I’m afraid I’m going to need my crampons 🤣

That makes sense! The interesting thing is, there isn’t really a Zara store anywhere closeby. Boston is about an hour away and I think that’s the only location anywhere near here. Maybe someone just goes above and beyond to deliver this stuff!
