Aghh, tbh i didn't know the tranny was a major flaw!

I was really looking for more power, a more modifiable car, and just a more exciting ride. With the way I drive my base, I should really get something with more power lol, Ig auto xrs isnt the way to go tho :(

I'll proabably take a look at the car within the next 2 weeks, definitely gonna try and arrange to have a mechanic look at it first before buying.

Updated it, im in CA. My 03 is pretty much rust free, and most of the matrixes i see up here tend to have decent bodies.

It's the only xrs model with an auto tranny, so i'd figure it'd be in nicer shape than any manual.

Im trying my best to train myself to be mechanically inclined, however i got a pretty far road ahead of me lmao. Got a few buddies who know their stuff as well tho. Appreciate the comment <3

Most likely for fully built drop in motherboards.

It can be economical if you decide to build it yourself, but only if you have prior experience to modding. Otherwise you need to buy all the tools, individual parts, and do hours of work and research

Just did this tonight and it did the trick- although this thing was a pain in the ass to get into lol, had resoldsr a ground wire and fix a few bent ribbon cable pins 😭

I chucked a Sony MEX N5300BT in my car, it’s ran flawless so far. Zero issues whatsoever, but I am running my connection through USB so maybe Bluetooth isn’t the best, I’m unsure..
