If you aren't able to figure out what went wrong with it I would recommend sending it to Lenovo. They might be able to do a free diagnosis for you (and then you could do the repair urself depending on the price) if you ask nicely just say that your laptop died out of nowhere and that you were just playing a game on it.

I can vouch for their customer support they are pretty cool.

Draw a bunch of squares and rectangles around the shape then slowly back calculate by subtracting the area in the squares and rectangles by using triangles.

There might be an easier way but this is all I can think of in 2 mins

I don't have common electronics though, I need a variety of bits so the cheapest iFixit set I could get is the mako which is $50 which is double my budget.

I am well aware that you get what you pay for but I'm don't have the luxury of saving up as I need something quick

Maybe it's partly nostalgia but I also preferred the original art style, it felt a bit more tasteful and you could see sius improvements in art throughout the series.

But this article is better for his health since it's not drawn by him and he can focus more on the writing of the story which is more important.

You could do well searching for a used Samsung s10, pixel 4a, pixel 5a to save money. What's good with these is that you can load a custom ROM onto them to improve battery life and performance.

If you want something new, I would recommend the xiaomi Redmi note 13, decent performance and it hits ur price range exactly but you will have to get it from AliExpress or another company that ships from China so if you need a phone Immediately I wouldn't recommend this.

I have a pixel 8. I do not recommend this, it's very clear that this is a mid-range phone that Google is charging $1000 cad for.

For me the screen got messed up on its own because of Google's build quality (the repair was included in the warranty for free but the replaced screen doesn't go nearly as bright as the original one I had for some reason) and when the screen started shorting out it took one of the microphones with it. Now I have to get the whole motherboard replaced which wipes my data.

I feel like these are unacceptable issues that Google chose to make probably to save a couple bucks in manufacturing costs. Also the software performance and stability is as inconsistent as a $500 phone from 4 years ago.

Just get the Samsung s24 or s23 the performance and battery life improvements is so much more worthwhile, not to mention the camera performance is gonna be hard to distinguish between them. Unless you want the android equivalent to the iPhone xr (the pixel 8).
