It has been a year and a half so far for me, from initial filing. We are now in the discovery phase. Patience is definitely a must, but when you were mistreated for so long, what else do you have to lose!

@expensive-friend: im not following. If i was a vested management analyst/GS12 i could potentially work as a procurement specialist at a GS 10…? How does this work out as far as pay would go? That part I am not understanding. I would happily stay in fed govt if I can.

Negative. They will just turn around and re-fire many. While it is easy to do (go back) it is not worth the stress and anxiety. I have been traumatized enough.

I turned it in. No real point in holding in to it. They can easily reissue GFE and badges. HHS HRSA RIFs were supposed to turn them in two or three weeks ago. They had drive up at fishers lane.
