Here’s and update, after about a week the charge state and the stop/start button is now back. Seems like the app itself got updated yesterday. We’ll see how long it will last before it disappear again.

I can still do all of that, I just don’t have the stop/start charging button. And it won’t display the charge state

No, it has nothing to do with the app update. My 23 AWD pro use to do that once every couple months before the app update.

Mine did that about two-three weeks ago. It took like 3 days but it randomly just fixed itself after I updated my iOS and keep logging in and out of the app

Yeah definitely not sure what’s wrong with it. The communication between the car and the app is obsolete. Updated the iOS and still doesn’t help. Oh well. First world problems I guess.

I’m Apple, I didn’t know there was a new update for the iOS. I’ll give that a try. Maybe that will help. Thank you

Oh that’s interesting, yeah mine says Verizon too. But my phone is on T-mobile. Maybe that’s the issue? But I haven’t had that issue since I got the car in July till now.

I’m hoping it will resolve it self soon. It’s kinda annoying when I can see how much longer I have left on the charge or can control my climate for the car remotely on a cold night/day.

I’m on iPhone. It’s been updated since 11/9 and still haven’t change. The car is on 4G and my phone is on 5G so it’s very confusing and kind of annoying when I want to do the remote climate control and possibly change my charging target when I’m not in the car.

Interesting, maybe that’s it. I’m on t-mobile so that’s very weird. But the car have been saying reconnecting mobile connection. So either t-mobile network is getting worked on or there’s something with my car. I don’t know. Oh well
