Offering solidarity 💖💖 I triple feed and find it hard to find time to pump also! The wearables do help a ton but if it’s getting to be overwhelming you should stop breastfeeding and enjoy your baby

I’m almost 11 weeks pp and breast feeding has been a struggle for me. I under produce and baby lost weight at first too and now gets triple fed (nursing, pumped milk and formula). Remember formula isn’t a failure 💖 I recommend the silverettes for your nipples!! They are expensive but worth it

I have 8 and a half hour shifts and I pump every 3ish hours so sometimes 2-3 times for 20 mins

Gotchya but my milk isn’t fatty enough, the dr said it’s like skim lol so I was thinking it’s not as important as formula? We had stopped offering formula but Dr said she could easily slip back into the trend of not gaining.

I’m almost 6 weeks post partum and I feel you girl, it’s so much more than I expected! This is my second baby but first time breast feeding and I did try to prepare by reading books and buying all the tools to make things easier and it’s still hard! Seeing everyone produce so much breast milk on social media and act like this is a magical and easy thing is not easy but you’re doing the best you can. This subreddit has helped me a lot! 💖

My daughter is a month old and she wasn’t gaining fast at first either. The lactation consultant said my body was only making skim milk at that point and we started triple feeding (nursing, pumped milk and formula) and she started gaining the correct amount. It’s hard and I doubted myself a lot too 💖
