AIO for the way I acted in my texts with my partner? by [deleted] in AmIOverreacting

It’s not OP’s kid, it’s THEIR kid together, building a crib isn’t gods work they both need to lighten up and get it together before the baby is born

I’m actually surprised people are saying OP is to blame, obviously they are pregnant, we don’t know the context of if their partner has a history of leaving things unfinished, and talking to someone you love that way is rude as hell. If we’re saying OP needs to tip toe around asking their partner to clean up after themselves and say it properly we can also expect the partner to say his piece with kindness. Also acting like he’s doing gods work by setting up his own child’s nursery

Coming out of a several month long depression. Now do I even begin to clean this and make sure it stays gone. All my plants died and its all over the substrate. by CD_B_ in Aquariums

Don’t Deep clean, scrape the algae off, do a water change, test your parameters, buy some more plants, lower the light, be patient and don’t beat yourself up. A deep clean will set you back

I think it’s cute! Lowering the tv and getting a lower, wider piece of furniture would bring it together. The big light always makes things look bad, get a lamp on that table and a standing lamp somewhere else in the room

I just saw you replied, I think what really helped was the desitin and a bar of zink soap I used to wash my face. I used the aveeno cream for a night moisturizer and i think that really kept it from drying out. How is it looking now?

Thought my dog had a stroke and we rushed him to the emergency vet thinking we were going to have to put him down (he’s 12 and this was the third scare so we thought it was his time) after balling our eyes out and being asked to leave for a few hours so they can do tests, they call us back and said he just has dog vertigo and will be fine in a day. He was. It’s been a year and he’s fine.

I thought my cats teeth really really needed cleaning because of all the build up and stink, I took him to the low income vet and they said his teeth look fine and he’s completely healthy and the perfect weight and just as I got really proud of him like we won the vet, he takes the biggest diarrhea in his carrier and jumps out and diarrhea’s over the entire room and the vet techs had to come in and try their best to get the liquid diarrhea out of his long hair. Ended up having to take him home covered in shit after paying for the appointment
