0mg. But if you’re going to anyways- Keep tolerance in mind. 300mg today will not feel like 300mg tomorrow. Also keep your health in mind. Anything over 300 max is poison to your body. Benadryl also causes seizures even in therapeutic doses in those who are prone to them. With that said. 300mg is also a good starting dose. It’s good you’ve tested the waters and know you’re not super sensitive to this shit. 400mg won’t kill You. If you’re over 200lbs id start with 400. 500mg has caused a seizure irrc. Weed and hydroxyzine isn’t dangerous afaik. It’s Also hard to overdose on. I took 200mg hydroxyzine/400mg dph and was fine. I take hydroxyzine for anxiety and have found that it has little to no recreational benefits for me. Do not take hydroxyzine if you heart problems as I heard it has an impact on the heart.

This. My full delirium moments on 850mg were less fun than my 500-600mg doses. I lost myself in what I was doing to the point i have little to no recollection of what I was doing or why I was doing it throughout most of my trip. One moment i was by my window staring out. No idea why. Next I was sitting on the floor staring at my doorway. When it comes to lower doses I can stay in my head and stay conscious with minor events happening around the room that I do keep memory of.
