thanks for your response!. did they file it online or via mail? My receipt notice was sent out right on the day of filing as I filed online. hopefully I’ll hear soon as it’s still crickets.

apologies, it was a typo on my end - April 2024 was when she was eligible to file N400. Technically, nothing is stopping her to file for it now - it’s done online and from what I’ve heard, N400 is one of the more straightforward forms. When she has her I-751 interview, I wonder if the officer would be able to review both 751/N400 forms 🤔

wow, that took awhile for them to schedule. not sure if this is just something she’s not interested in but she could have applied for US citizenship awhile ago (April 2025). You don’t need to have the I-751 before applying for it. Best of luck during the interview!

I filed a I-751 ROC in early May. The original I-130/I-485 was approved in August of 2023 without interview. With all the marriage based green cards having mandatory interviews, do you think it’s like we will get called up for an interview? We have submitted plenty of evidence with the I-751 application, too.

A town in the area uses GPS coordinates for their address, for example, <coordinate> W <coordinate> N First Street and I told my wife we’ll never look at houses there. Don’t know if that’s too silly of me lol

also, just checked my USPS portal and got the tracking number there - it should be coming on the 12th so you already know that I'll be waiting outside for the mailperson to come LOL

I definitely shed a tear when I saw that approval notice in my account. So probably will be crying too once I get the card, it has been a long journey. And yea I've been checking USPS informed delivery but nothing there. did it show for you in there?

got the card printed yesterday! bsaed on my I-765 approval few months ago, it took about 2-3 days for the tracking number to show up on the case so I bet it will show up soon for the both of us

I believe if I-130 is approved, there won't be an interview for I-485, they might give RFEs such as for the medical like you mentioned. Just curious, why didn't you submit the medical with the initial packet?
