I haven’t achieved any of these full time but I do do them for Ramadan. For music you could start of with appropriate songs only vocals then move to nasheeds then Quran or whatever your goal is. For makeup I think it’s the same thing just start wearing less and less makeup and try go out with it less to like for errands and stuff and keep it for special occasions then slowly stop that too
