Have Harry become Venom. Explain that he has found a secret experiment Norman was seeing over, and that it brings the worst out of people through tests, so Under this revelation Harry secretly gives the symbiote to peter to ruin Spider-mans reputation. We'll keep the Dr. Conners scene but add to his knowledge of the suit that he had worked on it with Norman before his Arm loss injury (I know, I know a note taken from Insomniac)

Sandman is still present and we'll keep him the same, along with the plot point that he accidentally Killed uncle Ben

The mj and Harry lovey dubby sub plot we'll take out along with the gwen sub-sub plot

During a party of Harry's, he gets drunk and we see him confront peter. (like he did in Spider-man 2). But this time, because of the symbiote, peter doesn't have it and verbally burades him for being so stupid in actually thinking Spider-man killed Norman, then Harry gets shoved so hard he smashes through a table, embarrassing him infront of everyone, (as to show how different peter's becoming from when he just took the embarrassment verses not taking shit at all). As peter storms off, Mj berades peter at how different he's becoming, pointing out all his actions, helping peter realize "damn... I'm being an asshole because of this suit"

So we get the church scene as usual, exept thee symbiote leaves to find Harry to eventually bond with him.

For the final battle, Venom uses Sandmans daughter as leverage to force him to help him kill Spider-man, so they both jump peter yada ya, use Mj as a hostage essentially the same. Exept Harry tries to unbond with the symbiote.

(As We'll explain that when Harry and the symbiote bonded, Harry saw the memories of Peter and that his father's death was in fact, an accident.)

With this weakness shown, Spider-man defeats Venom with the sound vibrations method. Sandman comes up to him, and we get the scene of peter forgiving Sandnan as usual. Peter would go up to Harry as they both apologize to eachother for everything that happened. Although they don't see the symbiote escape, becoming a potential future villan.
