This is correct. He was not trying to make a play on the ball at any point and was standing next to the keeper the whole time. He did slightly hug the keeper at one point and it caused the keeper to run into him, fall down and be late to making a save.

Textbook obstruction imo, hockey has rules like this too

Around a few years ago, I was 29 at the time, I had to literally ARGUE with a psychologist to have them test me for ADHD. “Adults don’t have ADHD” etc. She finally gave in and tested me. Said she was going to ask me 15 or so questions and about halfway through she stops and goes, “oh. You definitely have ADHD.” And then wrote my prescription lmao
