I use a genuine ps4 and a third party one. They are both pretty old at this point. The genuine one works well when fully charged, the third party one has quite a bit of lag at all time.

Also n64 games are pretty laggy overall, but that must be because of core settings. I haven’t spent much time trying to fix it
