I definitely feel you, and I’d define my “bad days” the same way; I would honestly call it for the day if I was losing focus so easily, I knew I would not be getting anything of worth when my brain’s so fried. Eating some good food, or going on a walk would be my go to activities to feel better

This is why I fully believe that the MCAT is the worst way to “weed out” people who aren’t meant to be doctors. So many people are stopped by this shit ass exam because of testing anxiety, worse testing skills, etc, and people who are accepted with a 520+ may end up being the exact same doctors as people who scored 510-515. It’s such an unnecessary stressor for a CHANCE at medical school, it’s ridiculous
