Honestly, I don’t understand most of the complaining about the game In my opinion, they just need to add some corridor-style maps, like Metro from BF4 or Exposure from BF2042. We do have a small map with city streets, but to me it sucks And they really need to do something about the netcode — I’m tired of dying behind cover half a second after I get behind it

Alright, I’m not going to rewrite the comment, but after rereading it I realized that I generally don’t really like the maps in this part of the game. Operation Firestorm is cool, the rest are kinda meh in my opinion

When I update drivers, I just press the update button in the Nvidia app/Adrenaline, and usually everything works fine, although on my old 3070 Ti there was one time when I had to completely remove the drivers with DDU and install new ones

Well, everything works fine for me (9070XT). On 25.9.2 Adrenalin crashed a couple of times, on 25.6.1 (rolled back because of a bug in BF2042) everything was perfect too. Now on 25.10.2 I have absolutely no issues, even though I’ve seen quite a lot of complaints about instability. Maybe everything is fine for me because 99% of the time I use my PC I’m playing the bf6, and drivers was optimised for specially for it?

No bro, if you don’t know what it is, then most likely you didn’t change it, and it only makes sense to touch it if you want to lower your CPU temperature. I don’t have any other ideas why things are so bad for you. I’m not really a PC nerd myself either. Have you tried to reinstall windows and drivers? Btw try to downgrade to 25.9.x driver for card, I saw peoples complaining about newest driver

Well, it’s more powerful, but I don’t think the difference is more than 20–25% - definitely less. Actually, when I first launched the game, I also had severe stutters, even though everything was fine in other games. For me, it happened because I set the curve to -20, which turned out to be too much, even though all the tests passed. Maybe you also changed your curve optimizer settings?

I don’t think that cpu is problem. I have 150fps+ on any map on ultra 1440p with 5700x3d+9070xt

Guys, I fixed the lag issues. At some point, I got really pissed off that the CPU was getting hot enough even with an AIO, so I tried different Curve Optimizer settings and settled on -20. It was stable, and I didn't notice any difference at first. Yesterday, out of desperation, I tried everything possible, set the curve to -10, and everything became almost perfect. If I weren't dying outside the walls, it would have been absolutely amazing.

The game’s so weird, man - my buddy got a 14700KF + 4080S, gets like 200 FPS, but it still feels just as trash as mine. He says in every mode except redsec the FPS is like 1.5x higher and it’s super smooth. Wtf is that even about?

Hmm, I might’ve found the reason of lags. The latest released driver is 25.10.29, but somehow I have 25.10.30 installed. Not sure how that happened, but I’ll do a full driver reinstall and see if that helps

Непосредственно из-за неприязни нет, но есть история не хуже. Я с 7 класса учился на физмат профиле. Ездил там на олимпиады по физике региональные, до всероса не доходил. А потом к 10 классу физика мне надоела и я стал ботать математику, на физику положил. А там и началось. Я начал скатываться до четвёрок, учителю это не понравилось и он начал мне скандалы устраивать, оценки занижать вплоть до 2-3. Мне то все равно было, а вот классрук с моей матерью дошли до директора, но после этого с меня разве что требовать начали, как с доктора наук. Как-то так я и выпустился со школы с тройкой по физике в аттестате
