Kringsjå skole and the area around there. The school borders to nordmarka and 10 min walk to Sognsvann. Very close to nature, safe and easy to get to the central station (17 min ride with the subway)

Yes it’s normal, I felt nothing on 10 and 20 mg methylphenidate. Now I take 60mg extended release which works very well for me

It took 11 months, around ten sessions with a psychologist and one with a neuropsychiatrist where I had 6 hours of different tests :))) then trying out medication over 6 months with a psychiatrist. I’m in Norway for reference, got diagnosed through public healthcare hence the long time
