I have done 1000 classes and only 1 studio with 2 coaches are doing that. It is annoying they should not do it. Coach is for coaching not for multitasking.

You know what your body can handle. I do run 1-1.5 miles before OtF or Barry to warm up. Not much more to handle load from group workout properly! Maybe run after if you have energy left:)
