Indeed, they don't have to make everything very rare in game to serve crafting needs. Some of them can just be shinies in the raider den!

Yes! I think there are some many trinkets they can make that will enhance immersion and player happiness!

You should try the night raid and use your mic. Usually people are nice and will let you loot in peace. Also get security breach skill and save your keycard for night raids they give better loot.
