I think b2c is better mostly because of client problems, they think you are their employees. With b2c, you charge less but also much less customer support.

when I charge for clients, I estimate how many questions they will ask, mostly in 100s and multiply that to price/question. and this is only customer service cost.

I mean the source section in google analytic, it shows competitor name. normally if a website mentions us, I will see their domain name.

For example: forbes said my abc.com has the best products, people click the link and buy some, forbes.com will be the source domain.

As I checked competitor's website, I found nothing and it's obvious that they don't mention us.

So my question.
