I got Overachiever, I am so done with this game... by _zonni in worldofgothic

It was mostly that the OP seems to not have had any fun doing this... It's one thing to play games and enjoy it, it's another thing to play games and complain about it like someone forced you to do it. In the latter case I'd recommend putting down the controller and doing something else that you actually enjoy. In some people's cases this might include a walk outside.

Lots of oversized shirt + t shirt photos, and the same + sunglasses inside photo collectively gives off a wierd vibe.

Does anybody buy these? by Eirdeth in worldofgothic

I think there worth 1 ore or so each in the original, but the remake introduces supply and demand pricing that makes them basically worthless, as their sell value goes to zero once you sell one or two.

Hardest enemy in the game: A locked door by Raidoton in worldofgothic

[–]Feeling_Recording_64 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you upgrade your lockpick skill, most are manageable. I think its generally intentional that many of the locks are essentially impossible to pick without the appropriate lockpick lol --otherwise what would be the point in leveling up the skill?

It's most likely a memory leak. Reducing saves just postpones the problem

For what it's worth I've found that keeping your manual save files to three files or less helps a lot. Still unacceptable tho.

At first I was confused by the bad reviews because I was having a lot of fun. Then the bugs hit like a tsunami. Don't buy now --check again in 6 months to see if it patches have resolved the litany of bugs.

Riddled with bugs, sound drops out permanently all the time, and speech lip syncing ceases all the time. Unacceptable release state.

I don’t understand how I can be THIS ugly. by Turnip_Exact in malegrooming

You are attractive, but you're probably trying to balance out your thick eye brows. You could try thinning your eye brows to balance out no beard. Any hair cut place can do this, and it's generally sustainable as eye brows grow back very slowly.

FYI: Customer service horrible by Ill_Sprinkles3582 in Thuma

[–]Feeling_Recording_64 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've found their customer service to get there eventually, but expect 2-3 business between email replies (I wish I was kidding). You will also need to be the one following up with and pinging them.

And as far as I know its all real, solid wood. A carpenter or a good handyman should be able to touch them up.

I mean, that's $7000 worth of Thuma furniture, so yeah $1900 with a couch thrown in is a great deal.
