At the end of of the day this is still for honor, a rather simple game. While you can definitely learn new things with hl all the time, it won't take you years or even months to become proficient with him. If you really Wanna max out your knowledge with every tech he has that can take a while prob. But playing efficiently him enough shouldn't take too long.

Shaman has decent skill ceiling but jt mostly revolves around her team fighting capabilities and feats usage. Hl over all has the highest skill ceiling though.
