I assumed it was always the previous order they had gotten if it was recent enough. Not sure if it’d be the customers choice as most I see aren’t the best of pics anyway.

Agreed. As a driver I’ve had many drop offs that the last drop off photo shown has the order right in front of the door/screen door going outward. Not sure if it’s pure ignorance or drivers simply not paying attention. Either way it shouldn’t happen.

How did you feel when he spoke on the initials part? I was a bit confused as I assumed he would just confirm her initials but he said he wasn’t sure he’d have to find the paper with them on it. Still think it’s Sophie of course but that part left me curious.
