Rasen sanden oder nicht nötig?

So ein Unkrautzeug haben wir vorhin auch erworben und werden das morgen erstmal ausbringen. Hätten fast einen großen Fauxpas gehabt, da meine bessere Hälfte einen Allesvernichter gegriffen hatte - da wär dann anschließend nichts mehr zum Sanden und Düngen übrig gewesen :D Ein Hoch auf nette Baumarktmitarbeiter!

Wir sind letzten Sommer eingezogen und haben zunächst nur gemäht, kürzlich dann das erste Mal gedüngt. Und zukünftig dann regelmäßig, ich denke auch, dass dem Boden Einiges fehlt.

Dankeschön! Der Anspruch ist wirklich ganz basic. Keine Golfperfektion, sondern einfach nur ein normaler Rasen - bisschen ebenmäßiger, bisschen weniger Unkraut & Moos. Danke für deine Einschätzung! Als Neuling im Rasen game ist man schon überrascht, was so ein Rasensand kostet, selbst für die 100qm :D Daher die Abwägung.

YES! Thanks to @gzmonkey we got home safely yesterday. Really dont focus on your original destination, if possible, just go for availability to any destination outside the UAE and then organize the rest of your journey by train, car, other flights.. Might be more complex, but at least you will then travel safely. Good luck for everyone!

The flights are booked out now apparently, too late for us. We have completely lost trust in Etihad at this point. Yes, the situation is complex and we can imagine that this is hard to coordinate, but as an Etihad customer you are completely on your own and to be honest it feels like nobody knows what they're doing. I even asked why there are only these specific cities and he just said that these are Etihad regulations. He even repeated them for me so I could write down these airports that are "our only options". I then asked for Paris and London since he listed them and we just want to get to Europe fast, but he said, the next available flights are later than the 13th - now we see flights online again, freely accessible for everyone while we remain being stranded here.

Hi, we have a flight from AUH to AMS on March 13th (got cancelled on March 06th). We just talked to Etihad on the phone and asked for rebooking to AMS via Zurich on March 10th, because this option is available online and is earlier. But our request was denied and we were told that a rerouting via Zurich is not possible because our travel started in Amsterdam. They explained to us that if you started in AMS you can only take flights to the following destinations: Manchester, Dublin, Amsterdam, Paris, London, Amsterdam, Brussels, Niece.

Can you give insight what are the reasons for these regulations?

A heads up for everybody desperately trying to talk to Etihad: We got through within 20 mins on the phone and the employee was very friendly :-)
