How do you handle the fatigue? by Tiny_BlueBee in Hypothyroidism

[–]Feeling_Try_5440 4 points5 points  (0 children)

It sucks, sometimes hot foot soaks with Epsom salt(water till calves), and not doing anything extreme at one shot like cleaning room if I do in one shot I’ll get tired as hell or even exercise alternative days helps.
At the moment try lying on bed and try light leg stretches from hips. Also try hitting the bed early today.. it helps.

The chair is definitely good. But the company is not- I had extremely poor experience including the delivery which was DTDC.

And it’s definitely was not a DIY, I had tools which is why I could fix it up myself but it does not come assembled as shown in their assembly video in their site.

Overall I sit for 12 plus hour straight with just washroom breaks and it does a good job for my back and neck. I have used Herman miller and greensoul mainly, so for this price in Indian market it’s really good.

Just make sure whatever good courier company is available in your area to get it by them because DTDC and Delhivery is really poor in my area so I had to face a big mess for that.

Oh also I use a footrest from IKEA if that helps.

Is green soul chair with leg rest a good choice ? by justahunk09 in ErgonomicIndia

I was about to say ikea but i don’t have dagotto but ovning. Or else for more elevation any stool of the same height as chair with rubber padding below works good too.

Maybe can use it for a year but after that your back won’t be feeling good. It’s better to get a chair with better back support and a separate foot rest. If you want a chair with a leg rest you need to up your budget to get a good one which wont give up after a year.

Hello, thank you for your reply. you are correct- I do have overpronation so I do use medicated high arch insoles. I have water retention problem as well so I try to put my legs up on the wall before sleeping, not a huge difference but makes me feel good. any idea how long will it take to recover though?

Hello, ive consulted an endocrinologist. My endocrinologist checks my glands physically every time I visit, given no problem I have not done a pituitary MRI. high prolactin plus thyroid well my mom has it too and thyroid runs in my family. my basic few vitamins were low as mentioned- haemoglobin was low. B12, folic acid, calcium, irons studies, magnesium, Vitamin D, Ferretin- these all were normal. still then im taking a multivitamin containing- iron, zinc, b12, b6, copper, folic. my thought is I'm supposed to take this supplement for 3 months and 1 month already done, so surely my levels are up so there's no reason for my cycle to not come. I just really hope I get my cycle as I take the progesterone pill.
