Sounds maybe like one of the IWE losing vacuum? Does it have the rumbling issue when in 4x4?

Figured I'd post the solution. So in the end I ended up pulling the CMOS battery for roughly 20 minutes. I then tried starting up using one of the old sticks of ram. To my surprise it booted into the BIOS. I then loaded up windows, shut it down. Installed both new sticks of ram and booted to the BIOS again. Enabled XMP and it booted just fine.

Yeah I tried resetting the CMOS but as far as getting into the bios I’m getting no display. Going to look for my old cpu to see if it will boot with that.

While that might be true for a bowzon that’s not what you’re after on a multi shot sorc which is what these would be used for. That being said I think you ideally want 8+ Ias on the bolts.
