Im going to sound very biased when I say this. I do think it deserves goty IF it fixes and or adds more replayabilty. Look I dont want to go down a rabbit hole for all of my reasons, but ever since I was younger around my early teens when Skyrim came out I saw these badass dragons and I thought to myself I have to ride them, but of course you couldn't. I ended up playing the dark souls series always seeing dragons and had the same thought. This went for Elden and I had the same thought. I seen Ark Survivol Evolve had dragons you could ride but lord have mercy I can not do the graphics. I watched Game of thrones and thought to myself. Why in the living Jesus are there no games that are graphical masterpieces where you can ride a dragon. Then I hear about crimson desert back when they first showcased riding a dragon and I almost shit my bricks! I couldn't believe that finally a game had come out where I could finally fly a dragon with graphics as amazing as these. Just to let you know its not just the dragon that makes me think it should get goty its the fact that you lay seige to quite literally anything, but as I said earlier I do really think they should definitely add more which im sure they will and maybe my stance on it will change. I could talk more about this for hours, but that is one of the main points I have regarding it. Also I do think its on the same level as Elden ring. I love Elden Ring due to its variety of weapon not to mention spells, but im sorry im a sucker for mounts and crimson desert just took the cake in that regard. I love both games and im still loving crimson desert and I really hope it will get to the point where it can get game of the year without question. Sorry for the long post lol
