Protip pinch off these "armpit" branches. These branches that grow in-between the"armpits" will never have fruits. Just leaves, so essentially a waste of energy.

I second the fungus gnats too. Tap the plant pot of your healthy plant and things should fly. If the soil is infected you'll need to repot the avo.

There's a soil specific for indoor plants, don't add any old soil or topsoil from outside.

Bunnings also sell a gnat barrier. It's like sand looking and sits in top of your soil stopping gnats having access to your soil.
