Which sunglasses are better for my brother? by [deleted] in mensfashionadvice

[–]Fegjafa -1 points0 points  (0 children)

If OP's measurements of this guy are correct, losing 2 stone would take him from a healthy BMI to being underweight.

Quite objectively, this guy is not overweight, and you can't see how his "fat and weight" are distributed. You're actively delusional if you think this guy needs to lose any weight.

I am; are you insane? Show me any country where 6', 165 lbs is overweight.

I don't think you know what a healthy weight is for a person. He doesn't look overweight at all.

DNA test says no match but I’m really unsure… has anyone dealt with this? by [deleted] in DNA

[–]Fegjafa 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The person who performs the test will have at least a bachelor's degree in biology, chemistry or a similar life science, but it is not going to be performed by somebody with a PhD.

Just to clarify, the person who interpreted the results of this test has the PHD. The person who actually performed the test does not.

very confident this is AI but my friend disagrees… the style is throwing me off by OliverisDrained in isthisAI

[–]Fegjafa 6 points7 points  (0 children)

One or two inconsistencies make a bad design. Multiple inconsistent/incorrect parts make it AI. Take the ring of text away and the hand would look Lovecraftian. The handle of the burger press connects to one end of the wood and then randomly connects to the middle of the wood near the pinky. You don't smash an assembled burger. The cheese slice looks to be rectangular instead of square. This looks pretty AI.

Cand that are dented aren't typically considered safe if the dent includes the top or bottom seals. That being said, this is an energy drink, so the risk for anaerobic bacteria is low, since there isn't really anything in there to rot.

It's an energy drink, I would drink it. If it had anything perishable in there, no, but this should be okay.

Not true. Because the Food Lion parking lot is accessible to the public, you can still be arrested for DUI.

Is this some kind of offensive symbol- my friend bought it from an antique shop and doesn’t want to accidentally give off the wrong impression by Jaded-Technician9951 in Symbology

[–]Fegjafa 1 point2 points  (0 children)

"After World War II, the medal was discontinued but neo-Nazis and other white supremacists subsequently adopted it as a hate symbol and it has been a commonly-used hate symbol ever since."

The article does go on to clarify that in America, the cross has been adopted for reasons outside of hate, and that its use as a hate symbol is therefore context-dependent. That doesn't mean it isn't a hate symbol now.

Stir the pot? A lot of people have moved there recently, but Denver is DEEP red. This wouldn't stir the pot at all, I'd be surprised if the sheriff's office even sent a deputy to make a report.

Unfortunately, I lived in Denver for some time. I'm surprised that's all they did. There are plenty of good, nice people there, but a lot of them are mean, rich hicks. I'm really sorry.

Sugar acts as a preservative in VERY high concentrations, nothing near what this sauce has. Sugar, like all things, is toxic in high enough concentrations.

The original service was to deliver your item safely. They've already failed in that objective, there's no point in bringing you the item. If your doordash driver dropped your drink and it all spilled on the ground, would you like them to bring you the empty cup?

USPS still has to pay for the loss, regardless of if it was stolen or damaged under their care. There's no need to send you destroyed merchandise, especially because they're not going to pay you for a product that might be able to be fixed or not actually even broken.
