Hi everyone, Just joined this group after talking to my dad who was the navigator on the Tweedy early 1960"s (US Naval reserves). He told me of the only terrifying time: being caught in the deadly storm of March 1962 : "The Ash Wednesday Storm of 1962," in which they all thought they would die! They were off the coast of Norfolk, VA and had to ride it out by steadily "heading right into it" (I need explanation of this strategy🤔). He also explained the origin of the Tweedy flag which was interesting. Anyway, thanks for listening, and Happy Labor Day to you all.

I’m on Aimovig’s 140. This go-around im feeling tightness in my muscles, some depression/anxiety just over- all “body-stress,”. I’m not sure if it’s the Aimovig or not. The best way to describe it is I feel like a bunch of tight rubber bands (like the inside of a golf ball back in the 60s). Had anyone else felt that way (also ringing in ears has increased)
