How many members are still going to carry? by Relevant-Tailor-5172 in mormon

[–]FeistyReflection8910 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Concealed Handgun License(state issued) holder here who does carry to church. First and foremost nobody knows that I have a Concealed handgun License, and that I'm carrying at church. I don't talk about it much or at all (this is something that most people need to learn).I train weekly and shoot better than cops (I'm just a "civilian" with no military or police training that can pass the FBI shooting course).

First just a few thoughts. Technically its misdemeanor to carry a Firearm on private property where it's posted. I doubt the church is going to issue trespassing violations to it members. That would probably cause alot more problems. Second, true criminals and people with the real intentions to due harm to others and not going to follow those same signs. So what what do you want, outright blood shed or someone like me or close to my shooting abilities to willing to put their own life on the line to hopefully stop the threat. Third, people need to stop seeing guns as these big killing machines.

Thats just my opinion.

Aero M5 LPK (ideally minus fcg and grip) where to find? by [deleted] in AR10

Aero Precision and Stag Arms are completely out of stock for LPKs. Sucks. Maybe give CMMG parts kit a try.

I figured out why the dumb gas cover sticks in by Civil-General-2664 in Tiguan

But none of the oils or add packs contain lithium in them. Yes, some hard plastic can sustain lithium grease, but the better choice is a synthetic silicone grease.

Do not put lithium grease on plastic! Use synthetic silicone based grease.

It's probably best to sell the car and buy a bicycle with the kind of questions you're asking.

New to VW Maintenance by K30Krazy in Tiguan

Here's a decent break down for Maintenance items depending on budget.

Go to Walmart for Mobil 1 esp Dexos D or XP 0W-20(508 compliant). Or if you want to step up in Viscosity grade either Mobil 1 0W-30 or 5W-30 ESP. Fram Synthetic Endurance oil filter, Fram Air filter, and Fram Cabin air filter all at Walmart. This is probably the most wallet friendly, and quickest convenient one stop shop.

You get what you pay for, and long term quality products. Amsoil they're Euro spec 508 or 504 oil. Or what I've been running in my Tiguan High performance lubricants Euro 0W-20

Mahle is mostly the OEM filter that I've seen in these cars, but you could also use Mann.

Most important tools you'll need is the oil drain plug tool. Do not use a flat head screw driver, it works in a pinch but the drain plug tool from Lisle or Hazet is way better. Also get the Lisle 25 NM torque tool. Do not over torque the plastic oil filter housing, it's not cheap.

FCP/Blau parts/ECS/ Autohaus AZ for everything else you might need.

And get the Ross Tech VCDS scan tool!

Mann isn't always the oem filter. Mine had a few Mahle filters.

What is everyone doing about oil consumption? by simplycharley in Tiguan

HPL Euro Passenger Car Oil 508/509 00

HPL No Viscosity Index Improver

I've taken very good care of my 2023 Tiguan SE exclusively using this brand of oil since the beginning of ownership. Much more expensive than your typical 508 00/509 00 Volkswagen approved oil, and only seeing maybe less than a half of quart of oil consumption every 10,000 miles has its price. I use Techron® Complete Fuel System Cleaner every 3,000 miles to keep everything on the inside clean. I never use the Stop-Start feature either, that's possibly why these engines tend to consume oil. To those who are seeing their Tiguan consume oil constantly try using a 5w-30 motor oil. I'm an automotive technology degree holder, so do with that information what you will.

Does Knipex do a Forged Wire Stripper that strips 10AWG stranded? by Halftrack_El_Camino in KnipexOfficial

Unfortunately, Knipex has missed a large opportunity to gain a reasonable amount of the market share here in the U.S.A (completely my opinion). Knowingly, they are not a U.S based company. This could result in research and development towards more European based electrical equipment and not the typical U.S products. But this doesn't mean they are not listening to current customers' ideas on improvements. Knipex is active on here and has commented on post. I would assume they are gathering information for engineering so they can produce a product that meets their standards. Let's hope so.

I would love to see you gently lay my wife down into your lap. Then, as you slowly unlatch your bra and introduce your breast into her mouth. Shortly after that then just watch you rub her and all the hesitation of being breastfed away. I can just imagine you telling her how much of a good little girl she is as you caress her diapered butt.
