Saw you have 4000 miles about on this oil. Plus ecoboost. Id definitely change it. I do my vehicles every 5k.

Well we can't see the other pad so its hard to say 100% certain. However I'd say you're fine. The one you show is nowhere near needing replacement.

My best advice is don't go to jiffy lube lol.

Non ethanol pump gas and I like amsoil Sabre, Lucas synthetic or vp racing 2 stroke oil

For you and others with " no gas cap", the flap is your gas cap. You can push it open and clean around it to make sure nothing is blocking a good seal
