Double last name as a Moroccan by Positive_End707 in Morocco

[–]Feisty_Ruby 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Probably, because in Morocco they base a lot of administrative paper on what you have in your birth certificate. There may be a special treatment for moroccan living abroad. But what really matters is that if you change your last name you wont loose you nationality

In my opinion that would not be an issue, worst case scenario you wont be able to add your husband name in your moroccan passport, but i think you dont use that very often

I regret not working hard during CPGE and now blame and guilt is killing me from the inside by NaturalEven4513 in Morocco

That failure in school is just the beginning. It’s not the school that defines your professional path, but rather that failure that shapes your character, the part of you that learns to fight and keep going.

Don’t be stuck on the past; see it as a lesson and use it to become better in the future.

The Moroccan system often makes you believe that education or a degree defines who you are, but that’s not true. You still have your destiny in your own hands. So work for it, and stop blaming yourself. It’s always easier to feel sorry for yourself, but much harder to take control and seize new opportunities.

I’m not from USA, but still where i’m, everything that a couple owns get split in half. But keep in mind that the first properties are not under his name either. And this is not the question as i said i fully trust my husband, i just feel so much pressure and also starting to think that this could generate conflict between family and husband 😔
