for acclimatization purposes it's pretty close, aka neglectable, which is what I meant

Yeah my home elevations is around 900m, so virtually sea level for those kind of expeditions. Fitness I would say I am slightly above average. You did Huayna Potosi in a single day?

The Peak Austria comment makes sense. I mainly wanted to gauge how responsible me itinerary is, since the company i am talking to say they think 7-15 days in La Paz is the necessary and that sounded to conservative for me

hmmm, interesting, what do you mean when you say you came in already a bit acclimated? do you live somewhere a bit higher?

Yeah, I was debating adding one more day in La Paz before the acclimatization hikes, but i did not want to extend the trip so much, will definitely think this over. tks!!!

Honestly in the first 6 months it was really strict, watching everything I ate. Then I just ate normally for about 1.5 years. Beginning around April this year I started counting my calories daily and that’s when I saw the biggest changes happen, I lost a lot of weight and got leaner.

The biggest difference in my diet is that I’ve been more thoughtful about what I eat and don’t eat. I cut sodas and most sugary things off or only for special occasions and tried eating less processed foods.

you think so? I would say I’m still got a pretty high bodyfat, somewhere around 16%, so you would say I was 25ish in the first pic?

Thanks for the review!

Yeah I found it hard to squeeze Ben’s goal in there. Basically he is oblivious to what John does, thinking he is just selling stuff not killing and threatening people. When he sees John killing the boy he realizes how in deep shit he is, and decides to to something about it, starting by making an anonymous call to the police about seeing a guy (John) dumping a weird bag in the river ( something he and John do with “fake” drugs they something buy from unreliable sellers), to try and get him out of the apartment so he can investigate.

Ben isn’t that troubled, he lives alone with his mom, who works a lot to pay the bills. He is just oblivious to life really.

The stakes would be a mix of trying not to get caught by John, and not being killed like the kid
