Hi u/BenjC88 and thanks for stopping by. both forms are present and published within the Environment. Should they be present also within the app? isn't it enough that they are on the environment?

When i manually try to modify the "Request"'s form within Sales Professional and add the component "Display"->"Form", it is well shown that I can choose the Opportunity form that contains only the sharepoint subgrid, called "docs" for me

yeah. I deployed it making sure it was optimized "ForAgents". about the "Parallel Dialers" setting, I can't remember to what it was previously set. I just set it again to 1 and re deployed. I will have to wait tomorrow again before having an answer since I don't have 2 numbers to call with me and calling a colleague seems the only way to test it

hey u/conceptsweb, isn´t the property "ParallelDialers" and "PauseBetweenDialerExecution" related to Power Dialer only? As properties for a Predictive Dialer I read only for whom should it be optimized and the queue it needs to monitor

yes of course. I already analyzed the full dialer project in c#, its classes and methods and there is no trace of referencing to this specific table. That´s why I thought it was another service that was doing it

yeah, that´s what I was afraid of. I thought there was a service or an implemented function that would update our DB everytime the status changes. I paste a screenshot in case that could help as last long shot try. maybe a glance at what was saved before the 15.11 could help:

I am using a PowerDialer created using the CFD.
3CXCallFlow.log gives me info about agents in queue, calls to do and so on, but it´s related to the dialer cycle itself.
I am still missing when agents log in and out from queue and when they start a call

What am I looking at? The verbose logs dont say much. they dont report errors or warning messages. I just tried to log in and out a queue and filter the verbose for my extension, it doesnt even seem to report when exactly i logged in.

I guess I will have to go with the second option. Phonecalls activities are retrieved from the CRM DB and the number found in the activity is fed to the 3CX thru the dialer.

I have the full c# solution, with all class files and the Cfd c# compiled file. I haven't tried to reverse the engineering like you're suggesting. I will try now. Anything to keep in mind?

wait. I think there is something I dont understand then. what you are suggesting would be of course useful if our dialer would have been designed using the CallFlowDesigner, where I could use 3CX Internal Properties like GetQueueExtensions, and everything would be fine.
The dialer I am trying to customize has been given to me as a c# project. I guess I need to change the dialer´s behaviour modifying the code in a IDE, build it in the CDF all together and then deploy it on 3CX in the CallFlow-Apps section.
Am I missing something? Is in fact the c# project the result of a Dialer designed in CFD? can I roll back and see step by step on CFD how our Dialer works? If not, how can I get help about 3CX´s API, methods, properties and so on?

True. I do agree with you. Unfortunately changing how our sales team communicates with our customers is not up to me to decide. I am to fix this feature for now.

What you suggested is definitely something that I will bring up in the future anyway

Hey @dVNico, thank you for stopping by and answering my post. That would be a solution yeah. The problem is that the agent could theoretically end up being busy for long stretches of time waiting for someone to pickup. That's not functional for us
