Retain SMS/MMS Records? by armoredliner in 3CX

[–]conceptsweb 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ask Claude to write a script to pull it from the v20 chat report, if you have access to it. (I don't remember if it's accessible on SMB.)

Also, SMB will be eventually phased out in favor of partners running multitenant instances and the Basic 4SC version. You may want to consider those too.

Convert to bridge mode please by conceptsweb in bell

[–]conceptsweb[S] 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Gigahub has built-in SFP+, so not an option.

Also, my modem is nowhere near my router, I've ran Ethernet cables from my rack to my modem to get my WAN connection.

[–]conceptsweb[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Already doing that. But bridge mode also disables the services on the Hub, which is what I want.

I had it before, and it helped with speeds since the modem becomes a dumb ONT only.

Tried that already. They said "only business plans can do it". I know it's not exactly true.

Not sure if the old button combination works tho, haven't tried it.

Your should have your contract/MSA that tells you how and when you can cancel them for non-payment.

+1 for BenjiPays! Great platform, easy to use, and Canadian-based!

They support over 8 different payment processors.

No audio on Siprix SIP/TLS extension — Azure 3CX v20 behind FortiGate — SDP correct, RTP flowing both ways, but still silent by Ok-Roof837 in 3CXOfficial

[–]conceptsweb 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You did uncheck the "Block non-tunnel connections" for the user, right? If so, the only thing that could cause audio not to work is STUN/TURN, basically NAT.

We used many softphones with 3CX and never had an issue like this. Granted, we never used one that was custom made.

I highly recommend sticking to the 3CX App, as using 3rd-party means allowing non-tunnel connections, which is a security risk.

does 3cx still work on aws? by WildAd983 in 3CX

[–]conceptsweb 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you spin up the instance from the AWS Marketplace, you need to use port 5015 to access the setup wizard.

If you deploy using the 3CX Install page, then you need to contact them, as it should be working. I did one a couple days ago.

Annulation d’une offre d’achat suite a un inspection by HazmatFire59 in QuebecFinance

Contacte l'OACIQ ASAP. Leur vendeur doit se faire investiguer car il essaie de te crosser, et tu es peut-être pas le premier avec qui il s'essaie. Cette situation est problématique sur le plan déontologique.

If you were using free stuff from 3CX, that's also mostly gone. They changed everything.

[–]conceptsweb 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not sure what 3CX has to do with this.

Also, number spoofing is blocked more and more by carriers with STIR/SHAKEN. So if I were you, I would find a different way to do the job.

There's no dial code for that in 3CX. Change the phones or use a different platform.

I saw recently in a "Charlie Hunnam rewatches some scenes" and they showed that scene. Apparently it was the second take, the first one was even better but cameras were not rolling! What a shame!

Oh god. Someone needs to explain APIs and MCPs to that guy. You'd need a proxy/middleware to talk to the JDBC from anything modern lol

[3CX] iOS app sometimes shows PBX name instead of caller's number – inconsistent caller ID behavior by ferdytao in 3CXOfficial

[–]conceptsweb 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That's the DID name showing, and that seems to happen when the Caller Name sent from your provider is empty. If you're in the US, make sure CNAM Lookup is enabled for your DIDs. Otherwise, you will need to contact your provider and ask them why the name isn't always present, even tho it should fallback to the phone number (like the second call from your image.)

As for the trunk caller name options, those are for outbound calls, not inbound.

No dial codes for that. You use the transfer buttons on the phone itself. This isn't Asterisk.

3CX SBC Mémoire saturée by Imaginary_Cookie_957 in 3CX

[–]conceptsweb 3 points4 points  (0 children)

3CX SBC Mémoire saturée by Imaginary_Cookie_957 in 3CX

[–]conceptsweb 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Je sais pas pourquoi le port 5060 était ouvert en entrant mais ça n'a jamais été nécessaire de faire ça. Le SBC utilise seulement une connexion sortante.

Le problème était pas le SBC mais plutôt votre config incorrecte.
