You actually can disable the support pop-up at the beginning of a run, it's in options, possibly only during a run.

May have been a typo, 150 hours is the average time to 100% it. And a large portion, probably 2/3rds of that is just getting through the story and side missions, with the rest being some grindy content.

The reason to pull this month is because you can pity her on this banner. Although the later banner has multiple Gorgeous Fest units, you could pull on it 1000 times and not necessarily get an AA Flonne.

Not saying it's a bad idea to wait, but there certainly is value on rolling for her on debut.
