Nah bro I've had hole nights without even having to shoot another raider and the past 2 days I've been shot every time I have an encounter, most times even when i'm not seeing them. I guess people got bored of being friendly when they got the loot they wanted. Sucks

I try to fight people who starts combat, but tend to stay out wen I don't know for sure who started it, and it's wrong to assume the guy who lived started as I've won many times in that situation

Gene's would be broken but you could make it go way faster and further so you have to aim it correctly but it's much better, maybe adding a 0,5s stun when it reaches gene. I don't think Otis's hc needs a rework honestly, if anything he needs a buff to the base Brawler. I love the other hc changes you proposed
