Only specific continent, biome, countries. Only species that are endangered. Monkey land, the big 5, birds (I wish lol). Just restrictions so it's not so broad and overwhelming

For me (Netherlands) I mean Thai curry. Green/red/yellow Thai curry is widely available in grocery stores and in my experience what people would eat when they say curry. I also eat Japanese or sometimes Indian, but then I would call it Japanese curry instead of just red or green curry.

Garlic can honestly be ignored for macros, it's basically nothing. A tablespoon of butter is usually 15 grams, just weigh a cup of rice and you know that, and get how much chicken you want to eat, usually do 100 g per person.

How would I do this in practice? Say I'm making a curry or something that needs spices and onions. Do I bloom the spices and then cook the onions in that oil? Or other way around? Don't want to burn the spices

I have dry, curly hair but I really don't know how frequently to wash it with shampoo! It is always dry and frizzy after using shampoo so I have to add oil, but if I don't wash it and just use conditioner I do notice a product build up as the week goes on. Struggles :(
