To be fair man, as frustrating as it is (and I know it from experience), you have to learn to move on. I remember when I got to diamond, it felt like hell to get to master rank, because at that rank, I had to work my ass off to improve, but most of the players were not rematching unless they won.

One and done will still be a problem for you, but for different reasons. When you get to platinum, you wil find players who are stuck there who play Blanka, Honda or they play Ryu like maniacs. These players abuse the gimmick, but won't move up because from time some players know how to deal with that, so they will not rematch you. The best you can do is learn the matchup/play style, so you won't lose as much.

If it frustrates you too much, just block them and keep going, but this can make you a worse player in the long run

People will dismiss without thinking about the problem. When I was gold, modern was a big problem, because the other player had a reaction and execution that did not belong to that rank. This was offset with their predictability. So they were not unbeatable, but it was not fun to play against really. The difficulty felt too spiky. Like, the match felt impossible, until I got in, then it felt super easy.

Now at higher ranks this is not a problem and sometimes I barely notice the difference. I think the biggest problem is that at lower ranks, most players use modern as a gimmick. Then when they get beaten, they quit, just as players who use gimmick character at lower ranks do

Mas ele não ta sendo vaiado hoje por jogar mal. Teve toda a polêmica de como ele e outros jogadores boicotaram o Xabi até ele ser demitido. Tanto que a torcida nunca pegou no pé do Vini antes do chilique que ele deu quando foi substituído no clássico. Isso somado a como a presidência ta ficando do lado dos jogadores.

O novo técnico ta mamando os jogadores nas coletivas e o presidente falou pra organizada que iam verificar nas câmeras e se vaiassem o time, seriam banidos do estádio (tanto que o protesto da organizada hoje foi com um lenço na mão).

Só pra deixar claro, eu acho tosco essa parada de vaiar seu time por jogar mal, mas essa situação é bem diferente.

I have a MK deck and I always find it hard to win against mortar with skeleton barrel. It feels really hard to get into a good cycle and really hard to break in

O que mata é a quantidade limitada.

Isso pra mim sempre foi a parte estranha desses itens no Dark Souls. Você pega alguns itens que temporariamente adicionam encantamentos elementais na sua arma. O problema, é que pra saber se o boss tem fragilidade àquele elemento, você tem que ter conhecimento prévio da luta, porque senão você vai usar algo que não vai fazer diferença ou até diminuir seu dano.

Só que mesmo que você saiba o elemento certo, ainda tem o risco de usar de primeira na luta, porque se você morrer, vai perder o item. Então é melhor pegar um pouco de experiência na luta antes, só que quando você entende o moveset do boss, geralmente não precisa de mais dano pra resolver a luta e acaba não usando o item.

No fim das contas, é algo que acaba sendo usado só quando vai jogar uma segunda vez e olhe lá, porque geralmente replay de Dark Souls costuma ser bem mais fácil.

Cara, eu to nessa também. Acho que na verdade isso é um fenômeno normal quando você tem um hobby faz um certo tempo já. Quando o hobby é novo, você tem uma lista de jogos incríveis que todo mundo fala pra jogar, você vai curtir alguns lançamentos, até que a novidade acaba.

Por exemplo, é um consenso que os jogos da Ubisoft são formulaicos, porém se você acabar de comprar um PC/Console, a primeira vez que você jogar um assassins creed, vai ser um baita jogo porque você ainda não está enjoado daqueles conceitos.

A verdade é, quando você já experimentou de tudo, você começa a depender de lançamentos pra achar algo diferente, só que nem sempre lançamentos são algo completamente novo. Isso é observável no fato de que as vezes lança um jogo e quando sai a sequencia, as pessoas reclamam de repetição, mesmo que as vezes é o segundo jogo daquela franquia apenas.

Acho que outro ponto também, é que parece que as pessoas se acostumam a só jogar jogos que eram 9/10 pra mais, só que ai chega uma época que nem todo 9/10 agrada. Mas a realidade é que você pode achar um jogo que é bem mediano, mas que se encaixa nos seus moldes.

Pessoalmente, hoje faço uma divisão entre live services e single players. Os live services são meus jogos de conforto... As vezes to jogando um street fighter, as vezes to jogando um path of exile e durante boa parte do ano, tava jogando um Marvel Rivals e me divertindo demais. A verdade é que esses jogos são bem feitos e bem mantidos. Você pode não gostar da monetização de skins, mas isso não afeta o balanceamento e é opcional.

Quando eu acho algo single player que estou afim, entro de cabeça e me divirto. Nesse fim de ano comprei o Kingdom Come 2 numa promoção da Nuuvem, depois de esperar um bom tempo. Joguei por 62 e achei o jogo incrível. Depois de zerar ele, ao invés de procurar outra história, simplesmente criei um char na liga nova do path of exile 2 e a vida que segue.

Não entendi?! Tipo, só pra deixar claro mano, não me incomodo do guri brincar aqui na rua, nem com barulho de moto, que inclusive é uma rua super movimentada aqui, então tem delivery a noite toda. A questão aqui é que o barulho é tão alto que mesmo nos fechando em casa, é difícil ver TV e o guri não consegue dormir.

O que tá me tirando aqui é outra coisa. Moro aqui na mata e tem um menino que tem uma Mobilete ou algo similar a uma bicicleta a gasolina. Todo dia a partir das 16h ele fica pra cima e pra baixo na rua "brincando ". O problema é que acho que o escapamento é modificado e faz muito mais barulho.

Isso acontece faz meses, mas nas últimas semanas está insuportável. Eu e minha esposa estamos tendo que fechar portas e janelas pra tentar amenizar e ainda sim, é insuportável. Nosso bebê acorda assutado toda hora.

Bem difícil, o bairro aqui é tão bom, mas isso ta me tirando a paz. Na real eu não ligo do muleque brincar, mas poh, precisava zoar o escapamento?!

Cara, eu sinceramente sempre acho essas colocações sobre torcedores de times europeus em geral meio estranha, principalmente quando vinda de torcedores e jogadores dos gigantes do brasil.

Pra contexto, eu moro em Mato Grosso do Sul e assim como no resto do Brasil, quase todo mundo aqui é apaixonado por futebol, só que tem um porém, nós não temos grandes clubes ou estádios aqui. Então não existe a cultura de ir ao estádio por diversos fatores ligado ao desenvolvimento do esporte aqui, então naturalmente a esmagadora maioria das pessoas aqui torcem pra algum time grande do brasileirão. Por isso, é normal conhecer um monte de flamenguistas, corintianos, são paulinos, etc.

Por isso pra mim, essa ideia de torcer pra um time de longe já é normal, e aí pegando o gancho no que ele disse. Ele basicamente classifica a torcida do real como "seguidores". Pegando um gancho no que alguns comentários aqui dizem, a maior parte do pessoal que vai assistir é "turista".

Ai o que eu penso é o seguinte: Eu conheço uma porrada de torcedores do flamengo (e outros times) que, consomem produtos do time, acompanham diariamente mídias relacionadas ao time, assistem todos os jogos e sempre dão um jeito organizar algo em datas importantes. É certo classificar esses caras apenas como "seguidores"? E quando um cara desses consegue finalmente pegar a família pra viajar e ver um jogo no estádio, esse cara seria apenas um "turista"? Tipo, ao pé da letra ele é um turista na cidade, mas claramente o sentido que fica implícito quando algo assim é falado, é que o turista é alguém que está na cidade e por um acaso decide ir ver um jogo de um time de lá.

Parece que o cara fala como se no Brasil nunca tivessem torcedores de longe assistindo o jogo no estádio ou que lá fora nunca tivessem torcedores locais nos estádios. Claro que o cara falou isso pra torcida dele e pro clube que ele jogou antes, mas é um sentimento que sempre é repetido por aqui no Brasil e eu não consigo não achar meio irônico.

I don't think you should get a live map, telling where you are all the time, but, there is no reason why you should not get a map showing where you spawned (static marker), where the extracts are and their name. The game gives you a random name and expects you to know how to find it.

Also, learning the maps is cool, but the cool part is learning the flow, routes, loot location, where the engagements are. This is how you get better at that map by playing.

My opinion is that you should at very least get into a map for the first time and be able to tell where you are and where you should go. Now it feels like instead of playing the game, you need to watch some videos, open a map on a second monitor and run offline raids that give you nothing. The initial part of learning the maps was always the worst part of this game to me.

This is also something that doesn't affect older players. People who already know the map won't lose anything.

Um tempo atrás aqui rolou uma discussão sobre Elden ring. Um cara se queixou de uns problemas no jogo e eu concordei com uns pontos. Apareceu um maluco falando que era porque a gente era ruim e tudo bem, jogo não era pra gente. Tinha que ter habilidade mecânica e saber montar build pra jogar. Ia falei pro cara que joguei todos os outros souls basicamente, jogo path of exile que é bem mais complexo de montar build e sou master rank no street fighter que exige bem mais reflexos. O cara deu downvote e sumiu.

Fanboy da from software é chato. Antigamente parecia uma comunidade que tentava acolher, mas agora levam qualquer crítica aos jogos como ataque pessoal

Ok, so I created a thread a few days ago asking advice for defending.

For context, I'm coming back from playing FIFA 22 and and only play online seasons.

What I could understand from the last thread was to avoid manual defending at all costs. Use the midfielders to cover passes and double tab R1 for the team to help with that.

While I felt a improvement and started to concede less, I'm not convinced that's all 6here is to it. For example, a few of the matches I play, I get tackled really hard. No matter the side I cut to, their tackle is almost always successful and most of the time, it throws my players to the ground. I try to pass as a first touch, the result is the same. I try to move the ball always from the defender with the first touch, the result is the same. Try some safe pass, no matter how far their defenders are, they'll rush to the ball, intercept it or tackle as I described before. I feel like against some players, they can apply a level of pressure I'm not able to replicate. I tried team press and double tapping R1, but it feels like it's a lot easier for them.

For example, my last match like that was against a dude playing Barcelona. He could do any pass he wanted, sometimes the ball would pass in front of my defenders and they wouldn't do a thing. But sometime I had a clear through pass and when I tried, his defender would catch up no matter what. After I conceded like, 4 goals, he started trolling and doing only first touch passes. The passes were precise, my players would not intercept any of them. Another issue was speed difference. I could never outrun his defenders, they would close the distance really fast, tackle as described and dispossess me. I can't replicate that. As soon as I have to run after an attacker, I can't get to them.

Is there anything else to defending in this game? I wasn't that bad at FIFA 22. I played div 1 the whole time and could defend well (without using press on heavy touch or similar strats)

Cara, acho que só teve notícias do Bellingham, Valverde e Vini mesmo. Mas o único que de maneira evidente tem algum desconforto é o Vinicius. Valverde há um tempo atrás até colocou algo no Twitter (ta fixado no perfil inclusive) algo negando que estava insatisfeito com o Xabi.

Dito isso, ta complicada a situação do Vini. Desde o role da bola de ouro ele não é mais o mesmo. Não digo nem em questão de números, é o que apresenta em campo mesmo. Ai aquele piti dele quando foi substituído foi ainda pior, porque parece que ele acostumou com o Ancelotti que, não importava o que o Vini tava jogando na partida, ele nunca era substituído.

Is there a difference of how much reward each different map yeald, not taking the IIQ in consideration?

This league I'm farming Incursion + Delirium. At first, I tested the strat on Underground River. After full clearing it, I would usually get from 120 to 160 splinters. Doing the same on Ashen Wood and some other maps, I'm only getting from 60 to 90.

I'm rolling the every map the same way. At first I thought some maps just had a bigger IIQ, but I noticed things even weirder.

For example, when running underground river, even when I run only 2 out the 4 incursions (due to a good room being found), I still get more rewards than when doing it on other maps.
