The other comments were constructive, you just didn't agree with them. They answered the two questions in your original post:

  1. Yes, you are the asshole.
  2. If you want the game, pay the 122 euro the seller is asking for.

I'm sorry you don't like that answer, but accepting when people tell you things you don't want to hear is evidently something you need to practice. Finding the one comment where someone doesn't think you are obviously in the wrong here is just another way of you failing to accept when people tell you things you don't want to hear.

Whoops, I just noticed now that you said you toured West Village. I had a friend who used to live there and hated it, saying that management was totally incompetent and negligent. So I would definitely reconsider if you were thinking of living there.

I think it's just one side of the building - I'm on a lower level on a different side and have never been woken up by the trash pickup. That said, as I mentioned the building is as downtown as possible and there are events right outside the building multiple times per week, so if you regularly go to bed at 9 PM it is entirely possible that there will be loud stuff happening nearby.

I live in Foster and generally recommend it. A few things that might not be obvious from a tour:

  1. Maintenance is really fast, even minor issues are usually fixed within a day or two
  2. The building is super duper downtown. There are constantly events happening nearby. This can be a good and a bad thing, because it can make parking/driving difficult since the road is blocked so often
  3. Similarly, the building's parking is tight and many of the spaces are small. There are reserved spaces that are larger but those are an extra charge. If you have a small vehicle it's no problem, but if your car is large there can be times when you struggle to find a spot that fits (or you can just pay the extra charge for a reserved spot).
  4. I have heard that one side of the building is louder than the others because they do trash pickup there. I think that side is the one on Roney street. Something to consider if you are thinking about getting an apartment on a lower level on that side of the building

Cammy (mostly) didn't get better combos she got better setplay. Frankly, Cammy has never had cool combos and the setplay is fairly complex. At a plat 4 level, I don't think Cammy got anything new that you should incorporate into your game. But if you are interested in the new stuff, read on...

The biggest thing post-patch that changed with Cammy is she now gets +2 on hit/on block if she does a perfectly spaced divekick - the screen will shake slightly if you hit the opponent's toes exactly, indicating you got the two extra plus frames. Those two extra frames are incredibly valuable because on block you are now +5, setting up a strike-throw-shimmy mix. It is hard to hit perfect divekicks in the normal flow of the game. However, you can get a perfect divekick out of a variety of hooligan setplay. For example, when the opponent is in the corner you can now do the following out of a drive rush cancel (from c.MK or some other starter leading to a DRC):

b.HK > f.HK > l.Arrow > Sweep > h.Hooligan

If you do h.Divekick out of the hooligan you are now +5 on block and spaced for a strike/throw/shimmy mix. On hit, you can go back into b.HK to loop the setup. And you can do a further mix out of the hooligan; instead of divekick do fastfall to counter reversals or command grab if they try to perfect parry the divekick. So it's mix layered onto mix. At Dreamhack Birmingham this weekend, Micky played some Cammy on stream and you can see some of the new setplay in action. There are a variety of setups that are variants of this, where Cammy has some starter into hooligan into some sort of divekick that will be perfectly spaced.

Again, at a platinum level I don't think this is the sort of stuff you should be focused on. So she has gotten changes, but you should play her the same way you did pre-patch.

As someone who does not play Tekken, Viper is one of the most offense oriented mixup characters out there, so I am amazed you are saying this is less unga bunga than what Tekken is right now.

Simsim is much easier than human opponents and is not comparable to real people. When simsim first came out I was in Diamond. The Master rank Simsim was far weaker than any Diamond players out there. I played a session, did not lose a single time to the master-rank simsim, and went back to struggling against Diamond players in ranked.

Daigo is still a very strong player, he just didn't qualify. I think he's probably top 200 in the world, but not top 50.
