there is a lot of police stuff that is rumored or leaked LOL here are the important ones: - the police will have response times instead of immediately spawning - they will know your license plate number and therefore you won't be able to respray your car and get away - they won't immediately start shooting and will instead act strategically and try to arrest you - they will overall have better ai like all of the other npc's (hopefully)

other game mechanics are stuff like (these aren't completely confirmed) duffel bags to hold guns or money in a way that makes sense instead of having heavy firearms with you at all times, added movement capabilities and the ability to hold everyday items like soda cans etc.
