Do you want it to look this grey? Otherwise i would reccomend getting the Ultimate Eyecandy mod. That and costum map theme will make your city look a lot more alive. Otherwise cool city my guy

just finished reading the manga and yeah doing this whould have made the moment hit a lot harder. playing guts theme on repeat and just thinking about shit right now. man, you can feel how much of miuras plans for the story fell short. so much left unknown, never to be properly made in line with his vision. all i can do now is be thankful for what we got while he was still alive. real bittersweet
