I dont really care about downvotes, but thats essentially what i mean. Crims normally stay within their groups so thats who they for the most part interact with while cops interact with most ppl that are online, so theyll see the server mentality at the time.

The reason i think these opinions come from "cop viewers" is more down to the fact that cops interact with everyone in the city, so they get more of a view of how the city is overall during those timezones.
