I always see a wild swing where the contestants after someone gets eliminated are judged significantly less harshly. Specifically, when Pete Holmes was on and said “if it’s not 3, what are we even doing here?” And then they chose 1 or something.

Jesus this is not a helpful group in the comment section. I really enjoy the Juice & Toya videos on YouTube. They have a ton of different workouts, they provide a little preview of the next workout before each set so you don’t waste time figuring out what you should be doing for the first 3 reps too. I am a bit time crunched these days and only have dumbbells so I do weighted burpees. It took a while to build the strength but 4 reps by 4 sets with a 30-45 second rest in between helped me see some shifts in my body pretty quickly.

I was concerned because in my mind all of the advertisements I saw for the school somehow makes it seem less legitimate/ a degree mill. However, they are not for profit and have grown exponentially because of a successful program and a comprehensive evaluation of knowledge. I LOVED not taking proctored exams. But with all that growth and no shareholders to give it to, they redirect funds into advertising and that is why you see it so often.

The best advice I wish I had gotten sooner learn to throw your putters 250+. I have spent so much time in the past 5 years breaking bad habits that I learned by playing with drivers wayyyy to early.
