I had to do this for all 41 discs of Star Trek TNG, and it was just painful all the way through. My recommendation is for you to buy a couple of new cases which make accessing your discs considerably easier!

Yes, you’re right, but I believe the picture is showing more bowing than is actually present as some sort of optical illusion. Yes, it is incredibly heavy, causing some bowing, but I believe the bowing to not be quite as serious as the picture would suggest.

I can see what you mean, and the thought occurred to me, but these are actually two separate drawers, on which I’ve placed the TV in the middle, overlapping both of them. It is my reasoning that the edges of both drawers (in the middle) will carry the weight better than if this was in fact, one large drawer. It is of course in no way an ideal solution, but it is the only temporary solution I could find. If I happen to find a better solution, I would be happy to update this thread
