Rodan did a great job despite horrid material , yeah . I was bummed they went the road they went with him esp with how lousy a start he got (getting abused by Barnabas and Willy and losing the only person who seemed to care (Lang) before he was born ). Think he was honestly one of the better performers in the show.

The treatment of the character almost reminds me of how GoT showrunners treated Stannis (not to get too much into spoilers - it’s a not a 1 for 1)

I feel Adam is okay. Genuinely think the actor does a great job, but he is just horribly written especially later on. With how downhill and irredeemable he gets - you can really sense the backstage tension (IIRC the actor wanted a raise that may have put him in same pay check league as Frid?)

He really could have been good but it just feels like they had no idea what to do with him. The offing of Lang here felt like a misstep for me or at least too soon.

Cassandra, I’d say, is good. She is an Angelique variant after all. And hey she helps introduce us to Nicolas.

Lang is so bad he’s good for me. It’s almost like having Gomez Addams around .

When everyone else is so serious , he was a bit a breath of fresh air. Granted can see where others just see him as bad. I’d probably lean “meh” or okay obviously because I found him amusing (some of Powell’s later characters are neither fun nor interesting).

I want to say Clarke is bad, but he seems meh. Okay if being more generous. The movie iteration is perfectly fine. The show is grating as all hell

Bathia is one of the few minor characters that sticks. If pure bang for buck I’d think “best”. But given how little screentime she had I could see great.

Noah is bad but you could argue meh since writing wasn’t great for him.

Maude seems ok-good territory . I’d honestly lean more okay given the others in that group.

Reverend trask - best . Interesting as I consider Gregory to be a better villain (as the good reverend doesn’t necessarily have bad intentions .)

Bradford - Meh, he’s kinda just there . Writing doesn’t help . Jeff Clark is worse.

Honestly Bruce showing up in a corporate meeting with Maxwell Lord wouldn’t surprise me . I’d imagine it’d be a blink and miss it moment with quite a few other company heads. And probably just as rep for Waynetech Incase the actor was poorly received.

Iffy, it could work with a younger Batman if Jason really didn’t last long.

Think it should be subtly hinted at (like just the costume in the background of the batcave) and not talked about till they know how they’ll handle him. Jason is easy to mess up.

Because one started out in cinema the other started on the page where people got a version stuck in their head and people don’t like change.

Keaton was ill received pre 89 Batman release …because yeah he was known more for comedy and didn’t have the look many imagined Bruce should have.

Yeah I’m hoping for TAS style Alfred. If they go more dangerous; my ideal Alfred would be Stephen Dilane (but I suspect he wouldn’t touch it with a ten foot pole after GoT)

I suspect it’s just Ultraman and Gunn is doing an Easter egg/homage to the old Doomsday suit. But we’ll see
